Best Natural Remedies To Get Rid Of Blisters Quick And Painless

Have you ever worn a pair of shoes that were too small, too large or simply unsuitable for your feet? Or have you ever touched a hot pan? Or have you workout at the gym with dumbbells more than usual? Then I bet that you had blisters! Well, you can heal them quickly with natural remedies

Instead using antibiotics you can easily use the following remedies for blisters:

Aloe Vera:

is a natural anti-inflammatory which soothes redness and inflammation and moisturizes the skin and helps quick healing, particularly if the blister is broken.

Apple cider vinegar:

is antibacterial and can prevent infection. Dilute it with water (one part of apple cider vinegar to two parts of water) and apply it on the affected area. Apple cider vinegar is especially recommended for blisters caused by sunburn.

Green tea:

is a great anti-inflammatory. If you don’t want to prepare a tea, dip 1 green tea bag in water then keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Apply it cold on the blister.

Tea tree oil:

it’s antibacterial and astringent and it dries quickly the blister. Dilute one part of tea tree oil to three parts of olive oil and apply it on a small area first to be sure it doesn’t cause irritations.

Castor oil:

soothes itching, helps fast healing and it hydrates your skin. Apply it as such directly on the blister.
Chamomile tea:

is antibacterial, prevents inflammation and relieves pain. Prepare a highly concentrated chamomile tea, pour it in a basin and soak your feet for 15 minutes. Tea must be lukewarm not hot! For other areas of the body can use chamomile tea compresses.

Vitamin E:

prevents scars and helps quick healing. Put in a bowl a capsule of vitamin E with a teaspoon of olive oil and apply the mixture on the affected area.

is antiseptic, prevents infections, relieves pain and reduces inflammation. Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric with a little water until you form a paste. Apply it over the blister and let it act for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Repeat 2-3 times a day.

If the blisters become infected or if they occur suddenly without any obvious explanation, go immediately to see a doctor!
